Swig — Home of the Original Dirty Soda®, welcomes Jill Marchant, former executive vice president and Chief Legal Officer at Hallmark, to the team as Chief Legal and Administrative Officer.
Marchant joins Swig with over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and legal management. Before joining Hallmark in 2018, she held senior legal leadership roles at Applebee’s and Dine Brands and served as general counsel for Texas Roadhouse and Farm Credit Mid-America.
At Hallmark, Marchant was responsible for leading a team of attorneys and legal specialists who provided strategic legal and business advice to Hallmark’s portfolio businesses—Hallmark, Hallmark Media, Crayola, and Crown Center on a wide array of issues, including governance, business transactions, contracts, real estate, employment, litigation, intellectual property, media production and distribution, and other legal matters.

Marchant graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in English and earned her Juris Doctor with honors from Brigham Young University’s Law School. Marchant resides in Utah with her husband, near her children and first grandchild.
Swig takes soda to the next level with menu favorites or completely personalized drinks that mix classic sodas with bold flavors, fresh fruits, purees, and creams. In addition to dirty soda, the menu features Refreshers—light, water-based drinks paired with fresh fruits and flavors—and Revivers, a customizable energy drink for that extra pick-me-up. Swig also offers a selection of sweet and savory snack options, including pink sugar cookies and warm pretzel bites.
