Hash Kitchen + The Sicilian Butcher To Open in Fort Worth

April 22, 2024

Two “experiential dining” restaurant concepts from an Arizona-based restaurant group are coming to North Texas.

Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Butcher will open next to one another in north Fort Worth in the coming months. They will be the first Texas locations of the concepts, both of which are from chef Joey Maggiore.

The restaurants are known for their build-it-yourself bars. At Hash Kitchen, a brunch concept, Bloody Marys get the DIY treatment. At The Sicilian Butcher, which comes with built-in sister concept The Sicilian Baker, it’s the cannolis that are customizable.

Hash Kitchen, described as “Instagrammable” with a DJ on the weekends, is expected to open May 2, 2024. The Sicilian Butcher, where meatballs and charcuterie are the focus, will open in June.

After their Fort Worth debut, the brands will expand throughout Texas. Two locations of The Sicilian Butcher will open in North Dallas and San Antonio, and three locations of Hash Kitchen will open in Pearland, San Antonio and Webster.

“We were born to be in Texas,” said Maggiore in a written release. “Everything’s bigger in Texas, and everything’s bigger at Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Butcher.”

Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Butcher will open next door to one another at 3200 Tracewood Way, Fort Worth. Hash Kitchen will open May 2 and The Sicilian Butcher will open in June.
